Registration for the conference is now open. The Conference registration covers access to all sessions, morning and afternoon teas, lunches, conference dinner and excursion. All prices are in AUD and include GST.

Invitation letters: Participants may request invitation letter to the ICACS-SHIM 2024 after registration.

Invitation letters will be sent to you within 4-7 working days after your request has been received.
Insurance: The conference organisers cannot accept liability for personal injuries sustained, for loss of, or damage to property belonging to conference participants (or their accompanying persons), either during or as a result of the conference. Please check the validity of your own travel insurance.

Cancellation and Refund Policy: To cancel your registration, please submit your request in writing to info@icacs-shim2024.com

Before July 31: Receive a full refund minus a 50 AUD administrative fee.

August 1 to August 30: Receive a 50% refund minus a 50 AUD administrative fee.

After August 30: Cancellations will not be refunded.
Please note that visa application denials do not qualify for a refund.
